TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Bookings and Orders.

* All booking must be made at least one (1) month before the date of the event.

* All good sold are final, non-refundable and non-exchangable.

Payment

*A 50% deposit must be made upon confirmation of order whilst remaining 50% balance shall be paid 1 day before delivery or COD.

* All payment are to be made to our Maybank account via deposit at ATM/online transfer. All orders will only be process upon receipt of the 50% deposit.

* We will not refund for any cancellation.

Delivery and Charges

* Delivery is FOC for PJ Area. A minimum transportation charges applies for other areas.

* We do accept bookings for customers outside Klang Valley. Nonetheless, transportation cost will be added accordingly.

* For postal delivery, we will send you the tracking number once we have posted your goods (via Poslaju), customer shall ensure that all terms imposed by Poslaju be adhered to including for the addressee to have someone during delivery time or else customer needs to collect the goods at the nearest Poslaju office in such area.

* Shipping or postage fees are not included. There will be charges of shipping fees depending on weight of the item and location of addressee (usually minimal).
